About
NovaForge started as a group chat where a few of us kept sending each other screenshots of whatever we were playing on the train. At some point the notes got long enough that a proper site made more sense than yet another pinned message.,We're independent. Nobody hands us a schedule or tells us what to praise. When we pick a game, it's because something about it caught our attention — a clever mechanic, an art style, a genre we hadn't touched in a while. We try to cover the whole spread: head-scratching puzzles, party-building RPGs, slow-burn strategy, quick arcade runs.,Every review comes from actually playing. We set a rough rule for ourselves: no verdict before a few hours in, and for bigger games a lot more than that. If a title falls apart after the tutorial, we say so. If it grows on us, we say that too.,The site is small and we like it that way. It means we can be picky, and it means the person who wrote a review is the same person who got stuck on level 40 and complained about it.
